The postmortem findings in a 11 days old Korean male of congenital absence of the spleen associated with congenital heart disease and other malformations have been presented.
1. Congenital absence of the spleen
2. Cor bioculare
3. Patent ductus arteriosus
4. Right-sided arch of the aorta
5. Three lobes of the left lung
6. Accessory liver
